The race will take place at Dawes Arboretum prior to the LMHS "For Your Health" 5K Run and Fun Walk.  Participants must arrive no later than 7:45 a.m. to prepare for the 8:00 a.m. race start time.  Youth must be accompanied by an adult.  All participants will receive an Active-Fit t-shirt and a digital watch.  Healthy snacks and beverages will be provided.  Registration is required and must be completed by July 23.
