SUMMARY:Battle of the Bands!
DESCRIPTION:Battle of the Bands!\n\n\n\nWe are offering our annual "Battle of the Bands" Competition and Concert.  It will be outside on the Newark Library's grounds in front of an audience of all ages.  Audience members are encouraged to bring lawn chair for seating.  Bands will battle it out for a chance to win a total of $275 in VISA gift cards\; the Runner-Up Band will win a total of $175 in VISA gift cards!  Half of the band members must be age 18 or under & must perform at least 1 original song to be judged.  Bands must provide their own equipment except for the sound system\, which will be provided for use.  Look for upcoming rules\, entry form\, and image release form.  Each band member's Entry Form submission deadline is October 15\, 2013.  There is a limit of 5 bands to participate.
