DESCRIPTION:Dennis Stroughmatt & Creole Stomp   Sunday August 16\n\nSponsored by: Granville Rotary\n\nFood Truck: Taco Sherpa\n\n\n\nDennis Stroughmatt and Creole Stomp are based in southern Illinois\, or "Upper Louisiana"\, according to the band. Dennis learned to speak French and play French Creole music before relocating to Louisiana.  He formed Creole Stomp in 2002 and since then the band has carried the torch of French Creole music and culture across North America.  With a unique sound that blends ancient and modern Mississippi River valley music. Vehicles parked in the driveway leading to Burke Hall are subject to ticketing and/or towing. Performances may not be taped without the explicit permission of the artists.
