DESCRIPTION:Hillbilly Idol   Sunday June 7\, 6:30-8pm\n\nSponsored by Granville Kiwanis \n\nFood Truck: Mai Chau\n\n\n\nLike missionaries of Country Music\, Hillbilly Idol loves to spread the gospel of Hank\, Bill\, George\, Lefty\, and Merle. Hillbilly Idol reaches back to embrace the traditions of bluegrass\, western swing\, and honky tonk\, and brings them forward to "water the roots" of those traditions today.  The band has produced three critically acclaimed CDs including "Town and Country"\, "Hillbilly Idol"\, and "Lights of Town". Vehicles parked in the driveway leading to Burke Hall are subject to ticketing and/or towing. Performances may not be taped without the explicit permission of the artists.
