SUMMARY:From Ditch to Dazzling-Recycled Art
DESCRIPTION:An extension of the Green Revolution Licking County initiative\, "From Ditch to Dazzling - Recycled Art" features works of art primarily made of recycled materials. Curated by Todd Camp\, the goal of this exhibition is to bring awareness to recycling and start a conversation about green living in our communities. Local schools\, businesses\, and artists throughout Licking County are contributing individual and collaborative recycled artwork to the exhibit that includes 16 large installations\, a 900 pound dinosaur made from metal farm machinery\, and collages. A unique collaborative community portrait mural made of junk drawer finds will also be displayed.
