DESCRIPTION:Denison Museum's new exhibition may be called "Green Revolution\," but it is not limited to one color on the spectrum. Green Revolution\, designed by the Smithsonian Institute to reflect local materials\, creativity and workmanship\, is a series of "eco-zibits" conceived\, designed\, assembled\, and interpreted by a diverse team of students\, faculty and staff. The exhibition is open from Thursday\, Feb. 20\, to Saturday\, May 17. The opening reception is Thursday\, Feb. 27\, from 4:30 to 7 p.m. at the Denison Museum (240 West Broadway). The Museum strives to provide inclusive and interdisciplinary museum- based learning experiences that reach all students and strengthen community engagement.\n\n\n\nThis version of Green Revolution is based on an exhibition originally created by the Museum of Science and Industry\, Chicago and its Black Creativity Council and is made available by Smithsonian Institution Traveling Service.
