DESCRIPTION:The Works will host an archaeology-themed Homeschool Day. Students in grades 1-8 are invited to experience the archaeological process\, from finding dig sites to the preservation of uncovered objects. Students will participate in a mock archaeological dig and discover how items become artifacts. Pre-registration is required for Homeschool Day\; the cost of this immersive learning experience is $7 per student. The program runs from 9:30-11:30am.
