The Hartford Fair Natural Resources Area provides fun\, free and educational programs related to the wise use of our natural resources. \n\n\n\nFriday\, April 28\, 2017\n\nReese Center\n\nCOTC Campus\n\nNewark\, OH 43055\n\n\n\nA $20 ticket for the dinner includes social hour from 5:3-6:30pm with a selection of hors d'ouerves including sausage kraut balls\, cucumber canapes\, spanakopita\, honey sriracha prawns with grilled ramps\, and bruschetta on the menu. Dinner will be served at 6:30pm featuring kale soup\, spinach dandelion salad\, roasted turkey breast with mashed sweet potatoes and wilted greens in brown butter. A rhubarb semifreddo with honey oat granola tops off your culinary experience.
