Denison: 'Rethinking Central Asian Islam'

The Global Studies Seminar welcomes Vernon Schubel, professor of religious studies at Kenyon College, presenting “Rethinking Central Asian Islam in Light of Shahab Ahmed’s ‘What is Islam’.” This talk is presented in collaboration with International Studies to celebrate the central Asia month.
