The Works: Ohio Center for History, Art & Technology presents the final free outdoor summer concert of the season on Friday, August 9 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the LeFevre Courtyard. The Sticks & Stones will perform live and bring the classic tunes from the 60s & 70s to Music in the Courtyard while guests enjoy ice cream treats courtesy of Velvet Ice Cream, trivia and giveaways from KOOL 101.7 FM, and fun outdoor activities. Attendees may pack a picnic or purchase a meal from The Grill at the Works. Guests are encouraged to bring chairs/blankets for the festivities.
This concert also features The Works Back-to-School Bash in partnership with Licking Memorial Health Systems. Back-to-School Bash is a fun way to get kids excited and ready to return to school. Participate in fun activities from Licking Memorial’s Get Fit initiative teaching kids and adults about nutrition, healthy lifestyles and more. Other special guests will also join us for this day of fun as we say goodbye to summer and hello to the school year.
