Denison University: Suzuki

The Denison University Suzuki Music Program is offering a musical demonstration followed by a parent information meeting. The Suzuki Method is a way of teaching music to children developed by Shinichi Suzuki, who believed in fostering the potential in every young person. Just as all children develop the ability to speak their mother tongue, Suzuki believed that any child, who is properly trained, can develop musical ability and other life-long skills with the help of his or her parent and a skilled and caring teacher.
