Description: The mantra for successful networking has been that "It's not what you know, but who you know."  Frank Agin contends, however, that networking is about more than who you know and all about the relationship you have with them. Drawing on academic research, his observations and personal experiences, Frank will share ideas and insights on how to have a more productive networking experience.
