Don't miss the 22nd annual Hot Licks Blues Fest on Saturday, September 10^th featuring The Robert Randolph Band. This year’s Festival lineup also includes Tom Carroll, Blue Cats, Dr. E, and Sean Carney.  The festival is free and open to the public. VIP ticket upgrades are available and includes dedicated table seating and beverage service. All proceeds support NOCA's art education initiatives.
