Join us for an informative presentation on current plans and activities related to the Granville community. In particular, Herb Koehler (Granville Village Manager) and members of the Village's Planning Department will share details related to the 2025 Downtown Signalization Project which will begin in April and continue through November. What's this all about? ...here's a taste of what's to come:
Key Improvements to the Downtown Area:

Pedestrian Safety - shortened crossing distances, improved visibility & lighting, ADA compliant crosswalks

Traffic Congestion Mitigation - smart signals through all intersections allowing for improved traffic flow, left turn signals onto S. Main St. and N. Pearl St.
-
Environmental - green infrastructure via rain gardens will improve runoff and decrease pollutants, pollinator-friendly planting beds
Aesthetics - a cleaner, greener streetscape with fewer utility poles and increased plantings throughout downtown
Join us for a fuller explanation of this important project along with updates regarding other initiatives underway, including:
- New Development in the Mill District Area (S. Main Street)
