Portrait of a Graduate July Member Meeting and Luncheon

Granville Schools place a big emphasis on 'Portrait of a Graduate" competencies and making sure that they are supporting the growth of all students. The identified Portrait of a Graduate competencies include being:

                    Collaborative             Adaptive
                    Critical Thinkers        Responsible
                    Empathetic                Resilient

The Schools go beyond just academics to educate and support the whole student to ensure they acquire the necessary mindsets, skills, and disposition to complement their strong academic performance in their journey toward Learning for Life.

The Portrait of a Graduate focus and emphasis continues to be the North Star that guides Granville Exempted Village School District.

During our July Member Meeting and Luncheon, Granville School Superintendent Jeff Brown will provide an update on progress being made with the Portrait of a Graduate program and he will ask for the help and partnership of our Members and local businesses to elevate and communicate the competencies most important to workforce and business owners.
