Real Talk Roundtable is a space to change that.

This small-group meetup brings local business owners together for honest conversations about what’s actually hard — the behind-the-scenes stuff you don’t always post about. Each session is guided by a seasoned entrepreneur who helps keep the conversation focused, productive, and (most importantly) real.

At our first get together back in May a couple of shared issues surfaced.  One of these was scalability.  More to the point, how do you know when it’s time to add staff?  Can you afford to do so?  What options do I have?  Employee vs. contractor, etc.

Another identified need and interest remains marketing in general.  How best to promote myself?  Is social media the answer?  What works?  What doesn’t?

Let’s get back together to explore these topics and more.  What’s keeping you up at night?  How can we help each other?

Expect a casual, supportive environment where you can share openly, learn from others, and walk away with new perspectives (and probably a few “okay, it’s not just me” moments).
