Coordinator of Adult Education Programs and Services
Reports To: Director of the Adult Education
Job Summary: The Coordinator has the direct responsibility for programs and departments as assigned. He/she provides leadership and support for the development and operation of the assigned programs and advises the Director regarding community needs for additional programming and services. He/she actively promotes and recruits students in these areas. He/she recruits, supervises and evaluates staff for these areas.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent administrative and leadership work experience or combination of education and work experience required. Knowledge of and/or work experience in Career-Technical or Adult Education or experience in equivalent corporate training environment preferred. Supervisory skills and experience required. A valid one-year certificate or ability to obtain one. A valid certification(s) aligned to assigned programs preferred. Education or experience in the healthcare industry preferred
