Educational Aide – Job Coach

Salary Schedule: Teacher Aide

Reports To: Special Needs Coordinator

Qualifications: Experience with high school multiple handicapped students and other special needs students in a career-technical setting preferred. Ability to assist in implementation of Job Training Content Standards; Ability to assess and support the learning of all students; ability to provide coaching to encourage/enhance progress on assigned tasks; Ability to communicate and document observations and progress; ability to comply with special education policies and procedures.

Licensure: Educational Aide Educational Aide Permit; Paraprofessional Certificate preferred
