Director of Treatment - Foster Care

Direct Hire Position -  $10,000.00 SIGN ON BONUS!!!

Requirements:

LISW or LPCC license that is current with the State of Ohio

Experience in treatment foster care

Supervision and management of Licensing, Training and Placements.

Familiarity with policy driven operations - meeting all Federal/State laws related to placements and foster care. Ability to function autonomously as a Director within a team environment.

Oversee and supervise staff. Will train, direct daily activities, discipline and develop the staff to ensure accurate and timely customer service, service delivery and conformance with regulations and policies.

Point of contact for all prospective resource families; exercising leadership in the recruitment, home study, certification, retention and recertification processes and activities.

Problem solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions; works well in group problem solving situations; uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.

Ensure regulatory compliance, conformance with contract stipulations, and maintenance of appropriate records and databases relevant to foster care licensing, placements and OAC investigations.

Salary: $70,000.00 - $113,000.00 per year
