After nearly two decades in corporate retail working in global sourcing, quality assurance and store construction, Barant Pastorek, set out on his own to establish Bear Property Inspections and fulfill a life-long dream. It was time to put all the knowledge, experience, and know-how to work in the real estate industry as a licensed home inspector, and it was the perfect fit. Bear Property Inspections was founded on the ideals of doing what you love and doing it well, safety first, and excellence in customer satisfaction. Our inspection reports are easy-to-read and include lots of photos to help our customers fully understand each concern. At Bear Property Inspections, our level of care sets us apart from the competition.
