The Narrative Journalism Program at Denison welcomes author Anna Badkhen presenting conversation about the practice of immersion writing.

Badkhen grew up behind the Iron Curtain in the Soviet Union, worked as a war correspondent for 15 years covering conflicts in Africa, Europe and Asia before turning her attention to writing works of literary nonfiction on the lives of everyday people in extremis.
