The Women’s and Gender Studies Film Festival presents a screening of the documentary “The Uncondemned,” moderated by Joanna Tague, assistant professor of history, international studies and black studies at Denison. “The Uncondemned” tells the gripping and world-changing story of a group of young international lawyers and activists who fought to make rape a war crime, and the Rwandan women who came forward to testify and win justice where there had been none. The film festival takes place at 7 p.m. on Tuesday evenings from March 13 to April 24, in Slayter Auditorium. The films include: “Radio Kobani” on March 13, “After Tiller” on March 27, “As I Open My Eyes” on April 3, “The Uncondemned” on April 10, “The Apology” on April 17, and “AWOL” on April 24.
