Denison University welcomes Keridwen Luis, a lecturer in sociology and women's, gender, and sexuality studies from Harvard University, discussing her book, "Herlands: Exploring the Women's Land Movement in the United States."
Luis is a cultural anthropologist who specializes in gender, sexuality, agency/identity, and the body. She holds a doctor of philosophy in anthropology and a master of arts in anthropology and women’s studies from Brandeis University.
Keridwen taught women's, gender, and sexuality studies at Harvard for four years, two as a college fellow, and is delighted to be working with the Sociology Department now. She will be teaching "Identity, Inequality, and Social Media" in the Spring of 2019.
