Vail Guest: Joseph Hancock
Denison University’s Art History Department and Visual Culture Program welcomes Vail visiting artist Professor of Design from Drexel University, Joseph Hancock II, presenting “Cargo Pants: The Transnational Rise of the Garment that Started A Fashion War."
Hancock has a 20-year background in retail operations, branding, merchandising, consumer behavior and strategy. He has worked for such companies as The Gap Inc., The Limited Corporation and Target Corporation. Hancock has published internationally and is a well-known authority in the area of fashion branding, retailing and merchandising as a form of storytelling.
